2019 Jet Cheer Team
Led by Coach Angel, our young ladies competed hard in this year's cheer competition. With highly detailed cheer routines our flag team finished 2nd in the competition -- while our JV cheer squad finished 4th place! Looking forward to seeing our young girls compete next year cheering on our athletes on the field!
2019 Jets -- Flag
Led by HC Fitzgerald, our Flag team finished with a regular season record of (4-3) -- successfully making the playoffs! They faced a undefeated Eastside Eagles (7-0) team. The young Jets fought hard and pushed the Eagles to their limit, but fell short, losing 6-0. We look forward to seeing the growth and development of this team next season!
2019 Jets -- Freshmen
Led by HC Griesbeck, our Freshmen team finished with a regular season record of (4-3) -- successfully making the playoffs! They faced a undefeated Eastside Tigercat (7-0) team. The young Jets fought hard and pushed the Tigercats to their limit, but fell short, losing 19-12. We look forward to seeing the growth and development of this team next season!
2019 Jets -- Junior Varsity
Led by HC Farr, our JV team finished with regular season record of (4-3) -- successflly making the playoffs! They faced a undefeated Mt. Clemens Barracudas (7-0) team. The young Jets fought hard and came away with a upset win vs. the Barracudas, 19 - 7! The win versus the Barracudas allowed the Jets to advance to the Championship game vs. the 2nd ranked Grosse Pointe Barons! The Championship Game ended with the Barons winning 38 - 6. We look forward to seeing the growth and development of this team next season!
